Two-way analysis of variance revealed a statistically significant difference between the hemispheres for both circularity and area fraction (p < 0.01) and a significant effect of the minocycline treatment on Iba1 area fraction (p < 0.05) but not on circularity. For area fraction, there was no significant interaction between hemisphere and minocycline treatment
