The effects of ALX on the survival and proliferation of BMDC. On day 7 of culture, BMDC (n = 6) were treated with or without ALX at the indicated dose for 12 h. Some DCs were further stimulated with LPS (1 μg/ml) for 48 h. The percentages of apoptotic in different groups of BMDCs were determined by flow cytometry analysis.
