Effects of PGE2 on the production of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines from LPS-induced macrophages. ELISA assay was used to determine TNF-α (a, b), IL-1β (c, d), IL-6 (e, f), IL-10 (g, h), or IL-4 (i, j) production in the supernatants and lysates of macrophage RAW 264.7 following treatment with 1 μg/ml LPS and 0–10 μM PGE2, respectively.
