  1. Comparison to baseline. Total time of significant hypersensitivity (days in pain) is noted in the right column. Pre-treatment with ZH853 reduced time to recovery for thermal hyperalgesia versus vehicle, and morphine prolonged mechanical allodynia versus vehicle and ZH853. “Day” indicates the number of days since paw incision (PI).
