From: Morphine immunomodulation prolongs inflammatory and postoperative pain while the novel analgesic ZH853 accelerates recovery and protects against latent sensitization

  1. Comparison to baseline. Total time of significant hypersensitivity (days in pain) is noted in the right column. Pre-treatment with ZH853 reduced time to recovery for thermal hyperalgesia versus vehicle, and morphine prolonged mechanical allodynia versus vehicle and ZH853. “Day” indicates the number of days since paw incision (PI).
