The I/R model was generated by left anterior descending artery occlusion for 30 min followed by 3 h reperfusion. LED illumination was performed from 30 min before ischemia to the end of the experiment in the LED+I/R group. The experimental procedure of I/R group (with sham LED therapy), LED group (with sham I/R operation), and control group (with sham LED therapy and sham I/R operation) was similar to the LED+I/R group.
