Mdivi-1 suppressed spinal cord inflammation. Lumbar regions of spinal cords were harvested from mice described in Fig. 1a for hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and immunostaining of CD4 on day 28 p.i. a Representative microphotographs and quantitative analysis for H&E staining; b infiltration of CD4+ T cells in spinal cords (green) and quantitative analysis of spinal cords; and c mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from the brain and spinal cord on day 28 p.i., then analyzed with flow cytometry. Mononuclear cells were gated and percentages of CD4+ T cells in that gate were quantitatively analyzed. Data represent mean ± SEM (n = 5–8 each group). *P < 0.05; ***P < 0.001.
