Recruitment of donor CD45+CD11b+ cells into the retina in radiation bone marrow chimeras. Chimeric mice received 2 × 6 Gy of radiation and were unshielded. a Flow cytometry analysis of chimerism in retinas of mice grafted with B6-CD45.1+ bone marrow into irradiated B6-CD45.2+ recipients assayed at the indicated time points.
