PLG is depleted in the plasma of PLG ASO-treated animals and many monocytic cells throughout the body express PLG-RKT, the purported receptor responsible for PLG-mediated chemotactic migration. a Representative Western blot of PLG and transferrin (TF) levels in the plasma of CTRL ASO- and PLG ASO-treated mice. PLG-RKT is expressed b on leukocytes (CD11b+ cells, red) in the blood and c on IP macrophages (CD11b+ cells, red) isolated from the peritoneal cavity.
