URMC-099 treatment reverses microgliosis and BBB leak following orthopedic surgery. Nine-month-old male mice underwent open tibial fracture and were terminated 24 h after surgery. URMC-099 was given i.p. at 10 mg/kg, three doses before surgery and two doses after surgery based on Marker et al.
