CD45 stromal cells promote the thymic Foxp3+ Treg cells differentiation in vitro. Frequencies of CD4+Foxp3+ Treg cells among total thymocytes and Foxp3+ Treg cells among CD4+ thymocytes after 2 days of incubation with PBS control, DMSO-Dex, and statin-Dex, respectively (a, b).
