Microglial cells were purified from the Ctx, Hipp, Mdb, and Str of saline and LPS-treated mice, and the data from nine animals per group are represented with their mean ± 95% CI. Two-way ANOVA followed by contrast test with Šidák adjustment was used to determine LPS effects in each region (***p < 0.001).
