Antigen-presenting capacity of microglia from the midbrain and striatum. Representative density plots from one experiment of flow cytometry analysis of CFSE-stained CD4+ T cells co-cultured during 7 days with microglia are shown. Microglial cells were purified from the midbrain (upper row) or the striatum (lower row) of control and LPS-treated mice.
