TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β co-localized with NeuN in the hippocampus of the CYP-induced cystitis model. Double immunofluorescence staining indicates that TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β were also co-localized with NeuN but not with GFAP or OX-42 in the hippocampus of cystitis animals
