Increased expression of TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β in the SDH was reversed by L-TAMS. The immunofluorescence results show that TNF-α, p-p65, and IL-1β were all upregulated on day 20 after the first CYP injection, and this was significantly inhibited by L-TAMS treatment. No significant difference was observed between the CYP + L-TAMS group and Veh group. **P < 0.01 vs. Veh group, #P < 0.05 and ##P < 0.01 vs. CYP group. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test
