RRMS sera induce an altered mitochondrial respiration in ECs. a Kinetic profile of OCR in hCMEC/D3 cells treated overnight with 20% HD or RRMS naïve-to-treatment sera. Real time OCR was measured, under basal conditions and in response to oligomycin, FCCP, Antimycin A and Rotenone. Indices of mitochondrial respiratory function, calculated from hCMEC/D3 OCR profile: basal and maximal respiration (b, e), ATP production (c), proton leak (d) and spare capacity (f).
