Boc2-treatment induces neurotrophic factor mRNA expression. Analysis of (a, b) glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (Gdnf), (c, d) nerve growth factor (Ngf), (e, f) brain-derived neurotrophic factor (Bdnf), and (g, h) tropomyosin receptor kinase B (TrkB) mRNA expression levels in the hippocampus and cortex of 29-week-old APP/PS1 double-transgenic and WT mice, with or without Boc2 treatment. Expression levels were analyzed by real-time RT-PCR technology. Statistical significance was determined using two-way ANOVA with turkey test. Data represent mean + SEM; n ≥ 5; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001
