Astrocyte-specific Myd88 KO does not change energy metabolism of mice under a standard diet (STD) feeding condition. Metabolic parameters of astrocyte-specific Myd88 KO (Myd88△GFAP) mice and control Myd88fl/fl mice were determined after STD feeding for 16 weeks. No difference was observed between the experimental groups in average daily food intake (a), body weight (b), glucose tolerance test (c, d), or insulin tolerance test (e, f) (n = 4–5/group).
