Effects of BLZ945 and U73122 co-administration with rh-CSF1 on immunofluorescence staining of MPO and IL-1β at 48 h after HI. Representative microphotographs (a-b) and quantification of (c-d) IL-1β and MPO positive cells showed the number of IL-1β/MPO-positive cells was significantly increased in all HI animals compared to shams.
