Inflammation-induced cytokine release is altered in miR-669c overexpressing BV2 cells. Proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 (a), MCP-1 (c), TNF-α (d), and IL-12p70 (e) and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 (b) production was measured by CBA in the conditioned media from control LV1-GFP (GFP) or LV1-miR-669c (669) transduced cells exposed to vehicle or LPS (50 ng/ml) for 24 h. One-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc tests: ***p < 0.001 compared to LV1-GFP transduced BV2 cells exposed to LPS. N = 3 in each group
