  1. Transcripts level of Nfκb, Cox2, Tgf1b, Aif1, Tmem119, Trem2, and Cx3cr1 were normalized by Rpl32, where SAL-CD male or CD male offspring represent the reference group. Nfκb and Cox2 were measured 8 h after LPS-induced immune challenge, while Tgf1b, Aif1, Tmem119, Trem2, and Cx3cr1 were evaluated in homeostatic condition.
