Effects of RvD1 on the polarization of Hb-stimulated microglia. Microglia were cultured in medium containing 25 nM RvD1 for 30 min, and then cultured in 20 μM Hb for 1–24 h (n = 3). The data showed the relative multiple changes in gene expression in the treatment group compared with that observed in the Hb group (baseline). Each gene at different time points was analyzed by Student’s t test and statistical significance determined using the Holm-Sidak method, with alpha = 0.05. Each gene at each time point was analyzed individually, without assuming a consistent SD. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01. n is the number of independent cell samples
