SAA inhibits astrocyte migration in scratch-wound assay. Primary cultures of astrocytes and U251 cells were treated with SAA (1 μM) or 10% FBS. The cell migration was examined using scratch-wound assay. The cells were photographed at 0 h, 8 h, 12 h, and 16 h.
