SAA inhibits Golgi apparatus reorientation in astrocytes with scratch-wound assay. a Primary cultures of astrocytes and U251 cells were treated with SAA (1 μM) or 10% FBS for scratch-wound assay. At 12 h after scratching, the cells were stained with anti-GM130 (Golgi apparatus) polyclonal antibody and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG (green fluorescence). The cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Scale bar, 25 μm.
