Regional difference in ACM from BDNF-treated astrocytes effect on neuron viability. a Time schedule of ACM collection and treatment. ACM was prepared from astrocytes treated for 24 h with BDNF 50 ng/ml (ACM-BDNF) or without (ACM-CTRL). Q15 and Q120 cells were treated for 24 h with 3NP (10 mM) added to each ACM.
