From: Anti-Axl antibody treatment reduces the severity of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis
MOG-induced EAE clinical course in mice treated with an activating α-MerTK antibody. Male C57Bl/6J mice were injected intraperitoneally (IP) with PBS, IgG isotype control, or 10 μg of α-MerTK-activating antibody at 8, 10, 13, and 15 days post-MOG immunization (n = 7/group). Mice were monitored daily, and the clinical index (CI) was recorded. No significant differences were observed between the groups
