RAM-589.555 does not modulate the secretion of BDNF, GDNF, and FGF2 from activated microglia and astrocytes. LPS-activated microglia and TNFa-activated astrocytes were cultured in the absence or presence of RAM589.555 at 25–400 nM for 48 h. Levels of BDNF (a), GDNF (b), and FGF2 (c) were measured in supernatants by ELISA. Error bars represent ± SEM according to three independent experimental repeats (duplicate/experiment)
