Effects of endothelin receptor antagonists on the development of TMEV-induced demyelinating disease. Mice (n = 5/group) were infected with TMEV (1 × 105 PFU) and were treated with PBS (cont), BQ610, or BQ788 (1 mg/kg) at days 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 46. a Disease course was determined using the 5-point scale.
