Effect of Nostrill induction on expression of inflammatory genes in primary murine microglia following LPS stimulation. a Validation of knockdown of Nostrill in primary murine microglia. For knockdown, primary microglia were treated with the designed siRNA to Nostrill for 24 h and subsequently stimulated with LPS (10 μg/ml) for 6 h.
