Mephedrone induces angiogenic mechanisms. ELISA was used to measure the concentrations of secreted angiogenic growth factors: PDGF-BB (a) and VEGF-A (b) in cell culture medium of hBMVEC treated with 10 μM mephedrone for 24 h.
