Pexidartinib has limited impact on expression of cytokines and chemokines in AxD mice. RT-qPCR for Il6 (a) and Il1b (b) was performed on mRNA isolated from olfactory bulb and hippocampus, but only olfactory bulb is shown because expression of these cytokines was not detected in the hippocampus.
