Effect of intervention treatment with minocycline on retinal inflammatory gene expression. Mice were treated by daily injections of minocycline (50 μg/g-BW i.p.) or saline vehicle beginning 7 days after retinal IR injury. At 10 days following IR injury, retinas were harvested and total RNA isolated.
