Expression of TRPV4 in the SN after treatment with MPTP and AAV injection. A MPTP was administrated intraperitoneally at 30 mg/kg/day for 7 days, mice were sacrificed after the behavioral tests by cervical vertebra dislocation, the SN was rapidly dissected out. The expression of TRPV4 in the SN was assessed by Western blot (n = 10). Compared to that in the control group, TRPV4 was upregulated by MPTP. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
