Effects of anti-IL-23p19 treatment on the activation of satellite cells and the inflammation status in EAMG muscle. mRNA expression analysis of Pax7 (A), MyoD (B), MyoG (C), Il-6 (D), Il-6r (E), Tgf-β (F) Sdf1 (G) Il-17 (H) and St6gal1 (I) in tibialis anterior muscles from CFA and EAMG mice. Analyses were done after 4 weeks of treatment. Data are obtained from two representative experiments. There were n > 3 mice per group. Each point represents an individual mouse. mRNA expression was determined in duplicate by quantitative RT-PCR. mRNA levels are expressed as arbitrary unit (AU) normalized to Cypa.
