Details in the text. Data were expressed as means ± SEM of 8 wildtype mice and 7 FTD animals for motor parameters and weigth gain, and 11 wildtype mice and 9 FTD animals for animal survival. Data were analysed by two-way analysis of variance with repeated measures followed by the Bonferroni test (**p < 0.01, ***p < 0.005 versus the corresponding wildtype mice), except for animal survival that were assessed by Long-Rank test (or Chi-square test)
