Gf enhancement correlates with clinical parameters. Correlation analyses were performed according to Spearman. The signal intensity (Gf mean intensity ratio) of the subfornicular organ (SFO) (A, P = 0.001) and the area postrema (AP) (B, P = 0.021) 24 h post injection correlated significantly to the corresponding EAE scores at the time of scanning. Additionally, the time needed from T cell transfer to disease onset correlated inversely with the mean intensity ratio of the SFO (C, P = 0.043) but not the AP (D, P = 0.147).
