  2. P allele value of allele and Crude odds ratio (95% confidence interval) were determined by a 95% two-sided χ2 test, IS versus controls.
  3. P dominant value and adjusted odds ratio (95% confidence interval) were computed with multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis by adjusting for gender, age, body mass index, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and smoking status.
