Effects of OT on LPS-induced NF-κB activation in BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were pre-treated with or without OT (0.1–10 μM) for 2 h followed by LPS (500 ng/ml) for 60 min and total protein was subjected to Western blot analysis using antibodies against IκB-α, phospho-, or total forms of NF-κB p65. Levels of β-actin were used to evaluate protein loading. Bar graphs showing quantification of expression levels of phosphor-NF-κB (p-NF-κB)/NF-κB were determined by the Image-Pro Plus 6.0.
