Teriflunomide does not modulate morphological shaping of non-activated and activated cultured microglia. Cultured microglia were treated with teriflunomide (0.25–5 μM) for 24 h without (a–e) or with 100 ng/ml LPS/50 ng/ml IFN-γ (pre-treatment: f–j; co-treatment: k–o). Immunofluorescence microscopy images show Iba-1⁺ microglia stained with DAPI as marker for cell viability (n = 4).
