(A) and (B) The binding effects of neutral sphingomyelinase 2 (nSMase2) with receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1) and embryonic ectoderm development (EED) were detected using coimmunoprecipitation after postischemic reperfusion of different durations (0.5 h, 1 h, 6 h and 24 h). (C) and (D) The binding effect of nSMase2 with RACK1 and EED was detected using coimmunoprecipitation after R-7050 or solvent was injected into the lateral ventricle with 30 min postischemic reperfusion. (E) Samples were extracted for the R-7050 drug group, the ischemic group, the solvent group and the sham group to detect nSMase2 activity and protein expression levels.
