Injection of nAbs-Aβ does not change cytokine levels in Tg2576 mice brain lysates. Brain lysates of wild-type mice, Tg2576 mice and Tg2576 mice treated with nAbs-Aβ for 24 hours were subjected to cytokine ELISA. Figure 3 shows cytokine levels for IL-1β (A), INF-γ (B), TNF-α (C) and IL-6 (D).
