Beneficial effects of supernatants of nAbs-Aβ co-treated microglial cells on the viability of primary neurons. Supernatants of treated microglial cells were subjected to primary neurons and incubated for 24 hours. Aβ concentration was 5 μM and nAbs/ft concentration was 0.1 μM. Viability was assessed using MTT assay. Viability of control-treated cells was referred to as 100% viability. Figure 5 shows the means of at least three independent experiments. nAbs-Aβ, naturally occurring autoantibodies against amyloid-β; MTT, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide.
