From: Mechanisms of action of naturally occurring antibodies against β-amyloid on microglia
Beneficial effects of supernatants of nAbs-Aβ co-treated microglial cells on the viability of primary neurons. Supernatants of treated microglial cells were subjected to primary neurons and incubated for 24 hours. Aβ concentration was 5 μM and nAbs/ft concentration was 0.1 μM. Viability was assessed using MTT assay. Viability of control-treated cells was referred to as 100% viability.
