Allergy induces changes of gene expression in the mouse brain as shown by cluster analysis. A subset of highly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) was selected from the hippocampus (A) and the frontal cortex (B), and the heat maps were generated from log2-transformed data using the R statistical software package.
