3-42 Aβ increases expression of RIG-1. Representative immunoblot analysis of human cortical astrocyte lysates of cells stimulated with 0.5, 1 and 3 μM of 3-42 Aβ for 18 hours. Non-stimulated cells were used as a control (Contr). Cell lysates were immunoblotted with antibodies against RIG-1. β-Actin was used as internal standard and control for protein loading.
