Both TBI groups had a decrease in body weight at 24 hours after trauma, compared to baseline values. No significant changes were seen between the mAb 1379- vs. placebo-injected groups (P > 0.05, repeated measures ANOVA). Head-injured mice recovered their baseline body weight by 7 days.
