CD200 immunoreactivity is similar between WT and op/op mice. Photomicrographs demonstrate CD200 expression in the hippocampus of both WT (A) and op/op mice (B) at 30 days of age. There is wide spread staining found throughout the neuropil of the hippocampus except the CA regions and dentate gyrus. There was less CD200 immunoreactivity in the substantia nigra of both WT (C) and op/op mice (D).
