Trolox and minocycline effects on MCP-1 secretion. Stably transfected SH-SY5Y cells were treated for 72 hours with Trolox or 48 hours with minocycline to determine the impact of these agents on MCP-1 release. Trolox at either concentration had no significant effect of MCP-1 release in any of the SH-SY5Y cell lines in this study.
