Effects of ND02 on phosphor-NF-κB, phosphor-IκB-α and phosphor-Akt in cerebral I/R rats by western blots analysis 24 h after I/R. Rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and reperfusion (I/R) for 23 h. Total protein extracts were prepared and assayed for phosphor-NF-κB, phosphor-IκB-α and phosphor-Akt by western blot analysis, and blots were normalized to β-actin expression.
