Temporal changes in CD4+ T cell ratios after brain injury reveal no significant differences between wild type (solid line) and MT-I/II-/- mice (dashed line) (A), n = 6-7, error bars = SEM. The CD4+ cell gate revealed the ratios of CD25+ and FoxP3+ naturally occurring regulatory T cells (C). At 3 and 7 DPI no significant differences were observed between wild type mice (grey bars) and MT-I/II-/- mice (white bars) (D), n = 7, error bars = SEM.
