Serum anti-Aβ1-42 monomer antibody concentrations. No statistically significant differences were present between group means. For pooled data from all subjects, the antibody levels were significantly increased after antibody- antigen complex dissociation (p = 0.0011), but none of the within-group differences were significant after Tukey-Kramer adjustment of p-values.
