DL0309 reduces phosphorylated NF-κB-p65 levels in LPS-activated glial cells. Microglia (A) and astrocytes (B) were pre-treated for 1 h with the indicated concentrations of DL0309. LPS (0.5 μg/ml) was added and, 10 min later, proteins were isolated and the levels of phosphorylated NF-κB-p65 and total p65 were measured by western blotting.
